Privacy Policy - Enhancely

1. Information We Collect

We collect only the minimum information necessary to provide our photo enhancement service:

Photos. When you select or capture a photo for enhancement, the app reads the image file you choose. All processing occurs entirely on your device. No photos, image data, or metadata are ever uploaded, transmitted, or stored on any external server.
Usage Information. We store locally on your device a daily counter of enhanced photos and your subscription status. This data never leaves your device.
Device Information. Google AdMob, our advertising partner, may automatically collect certain device information (such as advertising ID, IP address, device type) to serve banner ads. This data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

2. How We Use Your Information

To enhance and upscale the photos you select
To manage feature access based on your subscription
To serve contextual or personalized banner advertisements via AdMob

3. Third-Party Services

Enhancely integrates the following third-party services. Each operates under its own privacy policy:

Google Play Billing — Processes subscription payments for Enhancely Pro. Google handles all payment information; we never receive or store your payment details.
Google AdMob — Serves banner advertisements. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data to deliver personalized ads. You can opt out of personalized advertising via the consent prompt shown on first launch.
Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) — Manages GDPR/consent requirements for users in the European Economic Area.
On-Device Machine Learning — We use machine learning models for photo enhancement. All processing runs entirely on your device. No data is sent to any external server.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except as described below:

With Google — AdMob and Play Billing may receive data as described in their respective policies.
For Legal Reasons — If required by law or to protect our rights.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

Photos: Image data is held in memory only during active editing and is not persisted by the app. Edited images are saved to your device's gallery only if you choose to save them.
App preferences: Usage counters and subscription status are retained locally until you uninstall the app.
AdMob data: Retained per Google's data retention policies.
How to delete: Uninstalling Enhancely removes all locally stored data. Advertising data managed by AdMob can be reset via your device's advertising identifier settings.

6. Your Rights and Choices

Opt out of personalized advertising: You can accept or decline personalized ads via the consent dialog shown when you first open the app. You can also manage your preferences at any time from within the app.
Photo access: You control which photos to enhance. The app only accesses images you explicitly choose via the gallery picker or camera.
Delete your data: Uninstall the app to remove all locally stored data.

7. Children's Privacy

Enhancely is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us so we can delete it.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. We encourage you to review this page regularly.
